You keep ownership
You retain ownership of original garden photographs, reviews and other content you send. You confirm that you created it or have permission to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
Permission needed to help you
You grant Landscope a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, resize, transmit and review submitted content only to provide tool-fit support, moderate a review, resolve an order issue, secure the service and meet legal obligations. This licence is not a transfer of ownership.
Publication
We will not use a private support photograph in public marketing merely because you sent it for help. If you separately agree to publication, you grant permission to display and adapt that approved content for the agreed channel. You may withdraw future public use by contacting us, although prior lawful printed use may not be retrievable.
Retention
Working copies used for garden-help or review processing are normally deleted within 30 days. A copy may be retained longer when you asked us to publish it, when it forms part of a return or dispute record, or when law requires retention. Published reviews may remain until withdrawn, removed for moderation or no longer relevant.
Our content
Landscope’s original text, photographs, layout and brand elements may be viewed for personal shopping use. They may not be republished, sold, used to train a commercial model, or used to imply endorsement without written permission, subject to exceptions provided by law.
