Our store and your agreement
These terms apply to use of Landscope and purchases from us. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation after payment authorisation. We may decline or cancel an order for pricing error, suspected fraud, stock error, delivery restriction or unlawful use and will return captured funds when required.
Goods we sell
We sell manual garden tools, watering equipment, empty potting vessels, storage and protection kits. We do not sell seeds, bulbs, seedlings, living plants, soil, fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides or on-site landscape, installation or maintenance services. Empty pots and vessels never include plant matter or growing medium.
Prices, tax and payment
All displayed prices and checkout amounts are in USD. Delivery, tax and import amounts are shown or described before payment where we collect them. Your bank may apply its own conversion or cross-border fees. Payment is processed by the payment method selected at checkout; complete card details are handled by that provider.
Tool safety
Pruners, snips, scissors, sickles, scrapers, trowels, forks and rakes can have blades, points, pinch points or cutting edges. Inspect tools before use, follow supplied instructions, wear suitable protection, cut away from the body, lock or sheath blades, and store tools securely away from children. The children’s set has rounded working ends but is not a toy and requires continuous adult supervision. You are responsible for safe and suitable use.
Allergy and materials
Read the material and allergy note on each product page. Some glove coatings, connector washers or recycled rubber parts may contain natural rubber latex or other sensitising materials. Do not use a product if you know or suspect that a material is unsafe for you.
Membership
Potting Bench Club and Grower’s Studio are recurring subscriptions that provide member pricing, shipping or access benefits. They are not points, stored value, deposits or withdrawable balances. Monthly guide access resets each period and does not roll over. Subscriptions renew at the stated interval until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Guidance and results
The Garden Space Planner and seasonal care guides provide general organisational and garden-care information. Plant, climate, soil and site conditions vary. We do not promise a growing, flowering, yield or plant-health result.
Age and accounts
Children under 13 may not register or submit personal information. Users aged 13–17 may browse but need a parent or guardian’s consent and involvement to register, contact us or place an order. Keep account and order links confidential and notify us of suspected misuse.
Intellectual property and user content
Site text, original photography, layout and brand material belong to Landscope or its licensors. Your photographs, reviews and messages remain yours; the limited permission needed to process them is described in the Content Licence.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing limits mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, ignored safety instructions, unsuitable third-party materials, or events outside reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, which means consumers may retain mandatory rights to bring claims where they live.
